You retain all ownership rights to images you process. We claim no ownership over your content.

4. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Image enlargement, format conversion and other automated processes may not be perfect for every file.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImageToolPro is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
