This Privacy Policy explains how ImageToolPro ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use our website and tools.

1. Your Images

Your images are processed in your browser whenever possible. Most tools on this site — resize, crop, compress, convert, rotate, flip, enlarge, collage, color picker and meme generator — use your browser's own Canvas and File APIs to edit images locally on your device. In these cases, your image is not uploaded to our servers to perform the edit.

We do not claim that files are automatically deleted from a server after a set time, because for these tools no such upload happens in the first place. If that ever changes for a specific feature, this policy will be updated to describe exactly what is uploaded, why, and for how long it is retained.

2. Information We Collect

• Usage data: standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected for security and basic analytics.
• Contact form submissions: if you contact us, we receive whatever information you choose to include.
• Cookies: a small amount of local storage is used to remember your theme preference (light/dark). We do not use tracking cookies to build advertising profiles.

3. Third Parties

Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts and, for the Bulk Resize ZIP feature, the open-source JSZip library from a public CDN. These requests may be visible to those third parties as with any web request, but no image content is sent to them.

4. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you (such as a contact form submission). Contact us to exercise these rights.

5. Children's Privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
